5 MONTH CONTRACT starting LATE JAN/EARLY FEB.All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software
- Outside IR35 role
- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks
- 100% GUARANTEED ACCESS - ACCOMPANIED VISITS
- Over 50000 properties to be surveyed -STOCK CONDITION SURVEYS AND EPCs
- Propertieslocated in/around- PLYMOUTH UPTO NEWCASTLE
- MUST BE A QUALIFIED DEA
- WILLING TO TRAVEL ACROSS THE UK.
- BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
- BASIC DBS REQUIRED
- EXPENSES PAID - MILEAGE AND ACCOMMODATION
